Barber Shop
The Civic Opera Barber Shop has been a fixture in the building since 1973. It is located on the 15th floor of the building in Suite 1549. The Barber Shop is open Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm.

Conference Center
The Civic Opera Building is pleased to provide a building Conference Center to accommodate large and small meetings. The Conference Center is located on the 15th floor of the building and is available upon request to all tenants. The Conference Room can accommodate up to 54 people, or can be separated into two Conference Rooms accommodating 16 people in Room A and 38 people in Room B. The Conference Center comes equipped with two 98” 4K LED television screens that are connectable to laptops, wireless internet connections, podiums, whiteboards, kitchenettes, microphones, and teleconferencing capabilities.
Studio Theater
The Civic Opera Building is pleased to provide a Studio Theater to accommodate large and small presentations. The Studio Theater is located on the 6th floor of the building and is available upon request to all tenants. The Studio Theater can accommodate up to 168 people. The Studio Theater contains a coat room and side break out room, both inculded with the reservation. It's also equipped with a large projection screen, wireless internet connections, a podium and microphone.
Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is located on the 15th floor of the building and available to tenants through a gym membership. The Fitness Center is equipped with cardio and weightlifting equipment, full locker rooms and towel service.
Roof Terrace and Gallery
The Civic Opera Building is pleased to provide a Roof Terrace and Gallery Tenant Lounge that are located on the 15th floor of the building and available to tenants of the building to utilize. This space accommodates a maximum of 90 people and is intended for common use by tenants of the building. The Roof Terrace is open Monday-Friday 8:00am-9:00pm and available upon request for private tenant events.
Espresso and Milk
Enjoy delicious coffee and food items from Espresso and Milk located on the 1st floor of the Civic Opera Building open Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm.
